Hairy frog is a species of frog found in central Africa. The species is terrestrial, but breeds in water.

    Habitat Subtropical or tropical humid lowland forests, rivers, arable land, heavily degraded former forest, plantations
    Diet Slugs, beetles, spiders, grasshoppers, myriapods
    Breeding Season Especially during seasons of heaviest rainfall; however, can breed at other times as well
    Mode of Reproduction Oviparous (egg laying)
    IUCN Conservation Status Least Concern
